The system has a bus with outgrowths (6`) cooperating with a connection unit (C`) between the outgrowths of two adjacent capacitor banks. Each outgrowth has a slide to position another outgrowth by sliding perpendicular to a connection axis. The unit (C`) is fixed to each outgrowth by tightening and loosening units formed of a screw (12`), bolt and an insulating bush (14`), and maintained as a single assembly during loosening.
