FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting hen meat, blanching and cutting meadow mushrooms, mixing the above-mentioned components with hen eggs, butter and common salt to divide the mixture obtained into 3 equal portions, freezing and cutting spinach and mixing it with 1 portion of the pre-obtained mixture, mixing the 2nd portion with tomato puree, separate forming all the mixtures obtained to obtain klotskas (type of dumplings) and pack them and bone broth followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to increase the digestibility of new canned food obtained. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
