PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-distance wireless communication and emergency notification apparatus which can be easily mounted as a means for attaining communication within a group in a column state during riding on the street or cycling of bicycles, walking or strolling, and in order to suppress a lost child or a case of bringing away or kidnapping a child. SOLUTION: A short-distance wireless communication and emergency notification apparatus is an ear-mounted type by integrally providing a microphone 2, earphone 3, antenna 4, main switch 7, emergency signal transmission switch 12 and solar cell panel 5 in a communication device body 1 and within the body 1, a storage battery 6 and a transmitting circuit/receiving circuit unit 11 to be used for an ordinary communication means are provided.
