<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a supply work of a viscous fluid raw material to a tank easy. <P>SOLUTION: The supply apparatus 100 for supplying a viscous fluid raw material to a tank comprises a tank 10 having a discharge outlet 12 in the bottom part, a support part 30 for supporting a container 20 storing a viscous fluid raw material 22 in the tank 10 in a state that the opening part of the container 20 is set downward, a jetting part 40 installed in the tank 10 so as to blow a liquid to the container 20 supported by the support part 30, a liquid-sending pipe 50 keeping one end connected to the discharge outlet 12, and a pump 60 installed in the middle of the liquid-sending pipe 50; and the other end 54 of the liquid-sending pipe 50 is connected with the tank or a channel connected to the tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
