<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication control device with a flow control means for controlling the flow rate of lubricating oil to be supplied to a lubricated part of a transmission while reducing the loss of the transmission with an increase in the amount of oil to be stored in the transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The lubrication control device 10 has the flow control means 11 for controlling the flow rate of lubricating oil to be supplied to the lubricated part 1a of the transmission 1. The device comprises a storage amount control means 12 for controlling the storage amount of the lubricating oil to be stored in an oil pan in accordance with the oil level of the lubricating oil stored in the oil pan 8 in the transmission.
