The present invention relates to a hose hook clamping device and, more specifically, relates to a hose hook clamping device capable of being used for block work for a vessel and organizing hoses. The hose hook clamping device includes: an insertion member (10) of which side is opened and of which the other side is curved in a U shape to insert and store a fixture; and a hook part (40) fixed to the curved part of the insertion member (10) by being formed into a ⊃ shape having a U shaped curved part having a round shape to hook a working hose. According to the present invention, the hose hook clamping device is capable of organizing idle hoses in a shop as well as hoses in the bottom of the block, and simply installing stoppers (20,30) and/or an insertion member (10) of a clamp by combining the stopper and/or the insertion member with a hole of the block and a tracle when organizing the hoses in the bottom of the block.
