PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal desorption type sample introduction device for collecting a volatile, semi-volatile, and particulate solid sample molecule rapidly and full time and subjecting the collected sample to a pre-concentration.SOLUTION: A sample introduction device includes: a sampling part 10; a suction pump 20; an adsorption part 30; a piston cylinder 40; and a detaching cylinder 50. The detaching cylinder is provided with a carrier gas introduction port 51 communicating with a detaching chamber 56; a carrier gas purge/split exhaust port 53; and an analyzing device connection port 52. A heating film and a temperature sensor exist on the outer wall of the detaching cylinder. The piston cylinder is provided with two piston chambers 41 including the adsorption part. The piston cylinder is installed on the detaching cylinder, and the two piston chambers are communicated with the detaching chamber, respectively. The piston cylinder is provided with a sample suction port 42 and a suction pump suction port 43 which communicate with the piston chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
