The present invention relates to a cooling member insertion apparatus which inserts a cooling member into a mold piece in a mold and includes: a support which is extended in a vertical direction to be formed; a rotation driving unit which is connected to the support to rotate the support; a connection unit which is extended in the direction crossed by an extension direction of the support and has one side connected to the support to be able to move vertically; a vertical driving unit which is connected to one side of the connection unit to vertically move the connection unit; a support unit which can support the cooling member and is connected to the other side of the connection unit; and a cleaning unit which is arranged on an upper side of a mold to clean the cooling member inserted into the mold piece in the mold. The cooling member insertion apparatus can reduce an insertion difference of the cooling member and remove impurities attached to the cooling member.
