PURPOSE:To prevent the stagnation of liquid due to the narrowing of a pipe diameter and damage due to gas pressure at the time of discharge of remaining liquid, by containing the liquid in a measuring container, supplying the liquid from said measuring container, detecting the liquid level lowering speed, thereby measuring the fow rate. CONSTITUTION:When the liquid level in a measuring container 6 reaches a lower limit level, a signal is outputted from a controller 10, an input opening and closing valve 7 is opened, and a mixed liquid 2 in a fusing tank 1 is supplied to the measuring container 6. When the liquid level in the measuring container 6 goes up and reaches an upper limit level H, a signal is outputted from the controller 10, and the input opening and closing valve 7 is closed. During this operation, a pump 5 is driven at a specified speed, and the mixed liquid 2 is continuously supplied to a pushing machine 4. The mixed liquid 2, which has reached the upper limit level H, is supplied to the pushing machine 4 with the operation of the pump 5. The flow rate of the mixed liquid 2, which is supplied to the pushing machine 4, is measured by detecting the lowering speed of the level of the mixed liquid 2 in the measuring container 6 by a level gage 8. |
