PURPOSE:To construct a continuous underground wall having excellent water sealing property by a method in which a propelled jack is set toward the direction of excavation in contact with a columnar excavating blade provided toward the direction of excavation, and columnar unit walls are erected as the jack extends or shrinks. CONSTITUTION:Two excavating blades 1 are inserted into pillar-row holes 5 and an excavating blade 11 is set toward the direction of excavation. When a jack 6t set in a fitting groove 2 is extended, the blades 1 bite into the ground and move toward the direction of excavation. A trench is excavated to the width of the blades 1, and then the jack 6 is contracted and removed out of the fitting groove 2. The navel 31 of the unit wall 3 is fitted into the groove 2, and the unit wall 3 is erected into the trench. The same operations are repeated orderly to construct a continuous underground wall. |
