PURPOSE:To ensure the coaxial distribution of the ftont and rear curtain take- up members with high efficiency for a flexible curtain focal plane shutter for camera, by providing a clutch mechanism which performs the connection and separation of the front and rear curtain take-up members. CONSTITUTION:A focal plane shutter 10 takes the flexible curtains 15 and 21 up to a drum. A rear curtain drum 11 is attached rotatably to the plates 13 and 14, and the front curtain ribbon drums 18 and 19 are attached to a shaft 17 to take up the rear curtain 15 and a front curtain ribbon 21a, respectively. A sliding member 22 which can slide along the shift is pushed upward by a shifting plate 26, and the front and rear curtain take-up members are fitted to the lower recessed part of the drum 18. Thus the front and rear curtains are advanced in a body. In the releasing mode, an operation member 28 moves down to release the engagement of the front and rear curtain take-up members. |
