PURPOSE:To confirm the extraction of an individual electronic mail from an individual mail box independently of an individual address electronic mail representing the confirmation by the recipient itself by informing automatically the extraction confirmation of the individual electronic mail from the individual mail box to a sender. CONSTITUTION:When the extraction of the individual electronic mail is required to be confirmed, an individual mail processing section 7 requests the transmission of the individual electronic mail for extraction confirmation to a sender to an individual mail extraction confirmation transmission section 8. The individual mail extraction confirmation transmission section 8 sends the sender the extraction confirmation individual electronic mail upon the request. The sent extraction confirmation individual electronic mail is processed by an individual mail processing section 7 and stored in an individual mail box 5. Thus, the sender of the individual electronic mail can confirms the extraction of the individual electronic mail from the individual mail box 5 by the recipient of the individual electronic mail without transmission of the individual electronic mail for extraction confirmation to the sender. |
