PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce torque oscillation and thus the time from the change of a torque generating command until the torque is actually changed, when an alternating-current motor at a standstill or running by inertia force is caused to generate torque, by varying an exciting current command and a torque current command using a linear function of lapsed time. SOLUTION: A command generating means 4 is installed, so as to vary the control of the rise and fall of an exciting current command Idp and a torque current command Iqp using linear function of lapsed time. When an induction motor 1 at a standstill or running by inertia force is caused to generate a torque, the current command generating means 4 varies the exciting current command Idp and the torque current command Iqp according to the lapsed time, and the generation of torque is accomplished by a table using the lapsed time as a key or a function generator. Thus, when the generation of torque is started or stopped, no vibration is produced and the control to reduce a time before variation in torque is started is easily realized. |
