<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic charging system, in which the necessary charging quantity of auxiliary raw material to obtain the aimed component is calculated and the discharge and the weighing of the auxiliary raw material are automatically executed from the calculated result and the auxiliary raw material is carried and charged into an electric furnace. CONSTITUTION:The automatic charging system for the auxiliary raw material for electric furnace is constituted with six storage hoppers 1 for storing the auxiliary raw material, vibrating feeders 3 and run-away preventing gates 2 for discharging the auxiliary raw material from the storage hoppers, a weighing carrier 5 having four load cells 4 for detecting the wt. of the discharged auxiliary raw material, a belt feeder 6 for discharging the weighed auxiliary raw material to a belt conveyor 7, the belt conveyor 7 and a discharging chute 8 for carrying the auxiliary raw material to the electric furnace, a control unit 10 mounting a personal computer and the personal computer 11 for controlling sampling data.</p> |
