At least a part of the oil reservoir (52-54) is located in the cylinder block (1,2), adjacent to the closed end of the middle aperture (1a), between which and the oil reservoir are oil ducts (48) for oil distribution to the radial bearings (50,51). The oil ducts contain an aperture and two passages (30,55) in the front and rear section of the cylinder block, the rear one (30) providing fluid connection between the reservoir and at least one bolt bore (4c). The front passage (55) couples the bolt base to the adjacent middle aperture.
