摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a lead-acid battery in which oxidation degradation of a separator is retarded and life characteristics are enhanced. CONSTITUTION: A positive plate in which roundness having a radius of curvature of 0.2mm or more but t/2mm or less is formed in the lower part of a grid skeleton 1 positioned in the lowermost part of a grid whose tensile strength is within the range of 6.0 to 9.0kg/mm<2> and thickness is tmm is wrapped with a bag-shaped or a U-shaped separator, and combined with a negative plate. A lead-acid battery with long life is obtained.
