MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CLAY BRICK AND PLANTING CONTAINER USING WASTE PAPER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of clay brick and planting container using waste paper are provided to produce heat insulating materials and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The clay brick using waste paper is manufactured by the following steps: preparing pulp-typed chips or cotton by grinding waste paper and the mixture of loess and clay in a ratio of 50:50; mixing the 30% of paper chips and 70% of mixture with water; molding and then drying at 100-200°C. The seedling vessel is produced by mixing 50% of waste paper chips and 50% of clay, followed by punching, then drying at 100-200°C.
