摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deformation of a base material and to prevent degradation in the precision of products by dividing the base material into a plurality of specific areas, cutting areas except a plurality of joint parts between the individual divided areas and the base material, and cutting a plurality of products out from each area of the base material. SOLUTION: A base material W is divided into a plurality of specific areas E before a plurality of products are thermally cut out from the entire base material W. With a plurality of joint parts S left at suitable intervals apart between each area E and the base material W, other areas are cut. In this case, the base material W and the divided areas E are not to be fully separated. In such a state, a plurality of products G are thermally cut out from each area E of the base material W. With the joint parts S cut off from the base material W, the thermal cutting is complete. Thermal deformation caused in the machining of the products G is generated only inside the divided areas E, unaffecting the base material W. Thermal cutting is desirably performed with laser beam, plasma or gas fusion machining.</p>
