PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient retrieval to information on a network. SOLUTION: This system comprises a first retrieval means S302 executing, in response to a retrieval request, retrieval to a storage means of an information disclosure server; an information specification means S303 specifying information of a retrieval object; an access log acquisition means S304 acquiring an access log related to the information, stored in the storage means of the information disclosure server; a client terminal/user specification means S305 specifying a client terminal or user which acquires the information of the retrieval object using the access log; a characteristic information extraction means S306 extracting characteristic information of the information specified by the information specification means; and a second retrieval means S307 executing retrieval to a work area of the client terminal or user specified by the client terminal/user specification means with a retrieval condition containing the characteristic information.
