A mask and a method for manufacturing a light emitting device using the same are provided to inhibit short generated between electrodes while a light is emitted. A mask(300) includes a plurality of opening parts(302). The mask is made of metal and is for depositing an organic light emitting layer of red, green, blue colors. The plurality of opening parts have some planes thereof which are curved inward thereof. The curved planes of the opening parts get tension when the mask is installed. The curved planes of the opening parts away from a center of the mask have a bigger curvature. |
