PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular support structure 100. SOLUTION: The tubular supporting structure 100 contains a plurality of tubular sections 96 adopting a plurality of flangeless joints 90 for a wind-force turbine tower 105. Finger-plate assemblies 120 for connecting adjacent tubular sections 96 are incorporated into the flangeless joints 90. The finger-plate assemblies 120 can be distributed uniformly to the peripheries of the adjacent tubular sections 96.
