PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve movement of data between terminals while protecting copyright. SOLUTION: In a center system 1, the serial number and the user ID are reflected on a data movement management DB 10, and a data movement source terminal 2 transmits a data backup request to the center system 1 together with the serial number. The center system 1 generates a common encryption key, records it while associating with the serial number of the data movement source terminal 2, and provides the common encryption key to the data movement source terminal 2. The data movement source terminal 2 outputs data while encrypting using an encryption key, and a data movement destination terminal 3 transmits a data restore request to the center system 1 together with the serial number. The center system 1 refers a user ID corresponding to the serial number from the data movement management DB 10, provides a common encryption key recorded for the identical user ID to the data movement destination terminal 3, decrypts encryption data inputted externally using a provided encryption key and stores the decrypted data.
