<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load to a compressor to suppress the failure and damage of the compressor by heating a sealing compound to increase fluidity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At least the compressor 3 generating compressed air, a relief valve 9 releasing the overpressure of the compressor 3, and a sealing compound container 6 with a cap body 5 mounted to a mouth part 4A of a container body 4 containing the sealing compound, are enclosed in a storage case 2. The cap body 5 has an air intake port section 7 supplying the compressed air from the compressor 3 into the container body 4, and a sealing compound-compressed air takeout port section 35 taking out the puncture sealing compound and compressed air sequentially from the container body 4. An exhaust pipe 11 heating the cap body 5 by exhausting the compressed air from the relief valve 9 into the vicinity of the cap body 5 is connected to the relief valve 9.
