PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of an oscillating frequency or provide a circuit configuration which can achieve improvement in accuracy of an oscillating frequency.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes an oscillation circuit which has first through n-th (n is an odd number equal to or larger than 3) inverters, a first circuit and a second circuit. A first terminal of each of the first circuit and the second circuit is electrically connected with an output terminal of the i-th (i is any one of first through (n-1)) and a second terminal of each of the first circuit and the second circuit is electrically connected with an input terminal of the (i+1)-th inverter. A total length of a wiring path between the output terminal of the i-th inverter and the first terminal of the first circuit and a wiring path between the second terminal of the first circuit and the input terminal of the (i+1)-th inverter is substantially equivalent with a total length of a wiring path between the output terminal of the i-th inverter and the first terminal of the second circuit and a wiring path between the second terminal of the second circuit and the input terminal of the (i+1)-th inverter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
