PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately display the positional information of a vehicle to a person carrying a portable device, and to inform him the position of a vehicle surely regardless of circumferential conditions. SOLUTION: A transmitting circuit 15 transmitting a transmitting code signal is provided on a portable device 11, a transmitter receiver 12 equipped with a receiving circuit 22 is provided on a vehicle, and a micro-computer 23 for the transmitter receiver 12 is provided to determine whether or not the portable device is relatively approaching to the vehicle based on a previous value (a signal level received in the past) and a present value (a signal level at present). A transmitting circuit 21 outputting the result of the decision is connected with the micro-computer 23, and an approaching signal or a parting signal transmitted from the transmitting circuit 21 is inputted to the portable device 11, and an indicator 17 changing the content of its indication in response to the approaching signal or the parting signal outputted by the transmitting circuit 21, is provided for the portable device 11. |
