PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To standardize assembling operation of a semiconductor power conversion circuit so as to easily change its manufacturing operation by a method, wherein the arrangement of terminals of a module in which a bridge connection circuit as the semiconductor power conversion circuit is integrated is unified. SOLUTION: For example, in a three-phase bridge-connected converter 10 and a three-phase bridge-connected inverter 20 which constitute an inverter apparatus, AC-side terminals (R, S, T) are arranged in the lower-side part on the surface of the converter 10, DC-side terminals (P, N) are arranged on both the left-side part and the right-side part on the surface of the converter 10, AC-side terminals (U, V, W) are arranged in the lower-side part on the surface of the inverter 20, DC-side terminals (P, N) are arranged both on the left-side part and the right-side part on the surface of the inverter 20, the P terminal and the N terminal on one side of the converter 10 and the P terminal and the N terminal on one side of the inverter 20 are connected respectively by means of connecting conductors 54. |
