PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient production method for dry scorched rice, reduced in time and labor necessary for its production by further simplifying its production process. SOLUTION: This production-method for dry scorched rice is characterized by comprising the respective processes of soaking glutinous rice in water, molding and steaming the thus soaked rice, baking the resultant rice, and drying the scorched rice thus baked. |
