HIGH HARDNESS PAINTED METAL PANEL FOR LINING TURNNEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive painted metal panel for lining a tunnel having high film hardness and excellent in washing restoration properties and weatherability. CONSTITUTION:In a painted metal panel having an undercoat film and a polyester topcoat film, the thickness of the topcoat film is set to 10-50mum and 20-40wt.% of spherical glass beads with an average particle size of 5-75mum are added to the film and the relation between the thickness T of the film and the average particle size (r) of spherical glass beads is set to 0.5<=r/T<=1.5.
