PURPOSE:To shorten a working time, and manufacture low cost and good quality hollow resin molded articles having various shapes. CONSTITUTION:An insert 1 for core made of PP and consisting of a plurality of blocks having conical surface 2c opposing to each other and a flexible connecting part 3, which is made of PP and with which the respective blocks 2 are connected together, is employed. A core 4 is produced by placing the insert 1 for core within Bi-Sn alloy 9 in order to produce a resin molded article by means of the core 4. Next, by heating resin article containing the core 4, Bi-Sn alloy 9 is liquated out and, at the same time, the insert 1 for core is pulled out. |
