PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity of oxygen enriched gas and to reduce a cost by forcibly conveying char mixture from a thermal decomposition means to a char burning means via gravity or pusher conveyance, and gaseously conveying high temperature fluidized medium of return conveyance from the char burning means to the decomposition means. SOLUTION: A sand return branch line 51 of a char burning furnace 10 is opened via a cyclone 18 at a thermal decomposition furnace 1A in which dry waste and fluidized are introduced, and the sand at about 650 deg.C is introduced. A char mixture removing line 9 is provided on a fluidized bed upper surface of a rising flow side in the bed of the furnace 10 so that char mixture can be introduced by gravity. Meanwhile, flowing medium in the furnace 10 is guided to a gas conveying mechanism 16, given by conveyance force of air flow, and then introduced to the cyclone 18 via a line 17. Thus, high temperature air flow is returned to an ash melting furnace 31 via a line 19, and high temperature flowing medium is returned to a drying furnace 1B and the furnace 1A via a branch valve 50 and branch lines 51, 52. |
