PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power supply which suppresses a leakage current and improves the efficiency of the power supply by reducing the capacity coupling with peripheral parts. SOLUTION: A high-voltage power supply is provided with a printed circuit board 10 constituted of at least two layers of conductors and electrically insulated layers sandwiched between each conductor. Here, a high-voltage wiring pattern PA, on which a high voltage is impressed, faces a ground wiring pattern PG in proximity via the electrically insulated layer. When viewed from the vertical direction of the board, the ground wiring pattern PG is formed in such a way as to surround the outline of the high-voltage wiring pattern PA. |
