PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cloth product by forming a cloth preliminary body by joining a stitch thread and a loop thread by fleecy circular knitting, forming the technical surface of the cloth preliminary body with the stitch threads and the technical back surface with the loop threads, and arranging the stitch threads over the edge region of the cloth preliminary body, separately arranging electric resistance heating elements, and installing a conducting element for connecting to a power source. SOLUTION: A cloth body 12 such as an electric blanket 10 has a technical back surface 14 and a technical front surface, and plural separated electric resistance heating elements 18 extending between edge region 20, 21 opposing each other. The electric resistance heating elements 18 are incorporated into a knitting cloth preliminary body with a circular knitting machine at specified separated distance D so as to uniformly heat the cloth body 12. A completed circuit is connected to an AC power source with a plug 50 fixed to a cord 51, and power is supplied to the electric resistance heating elements 18. Preferably, a process for finishing at least one of the technical surface and the technical back surface to form a fleece surface region is added so as not to impart a damage to the conductivity of the electric resistance heating elements 18. |
