PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically semiconductive belt having little unevenness in electric resistance and good adhesiveness between layers, giving a clear image without causing uneven transfer, image blurring and defective separation when the belt is used as each of functional belts of an image forming device such as an interim transfer belt, a transfer fixing belt and a transfer conveying belt and improving the durability of an apparatus as a whole as well as the belt itself. SOLUTION: The electrically semiconductive seamless belt comprises outer and inner layers each using a polyimide resin as a resin component, at least the outer layer contains an electrically conductive material and the elastic modulus of the outer layer is lower than that of the inner layer.
