APPARATUS FOR CORRECTING LANDING STATE OF QUENCHING CAR BUCKET BY SENSING DEFECTIVE LANDING STATE OF QUENCHING CAR BUCKET ON TURNTABLE AND REMOVING FOREIGN MATERIALS CAUSING LANDING DEFECTS

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for correcting landing of quenching car bucket, wherein the apparatus promptly handles the quenching car bucket from monitoring of defective landing to correction measure step by step and prevents workers from directly being exposed to operation environment of high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for correcting landing of quenching car bucket comprises a plurality of input sensors(80) horizontally and symmetrically installed at the same elevation on an external frame at the lower side of bucket(30); output sensors(81) positioned at the vertical lower side of the respective input sensors correspondingly to the input sensors and installed on a base of quenching car(60) with supporting beams(84) being interposed between the output sensors and the quenching car base; a plurality of lifting hooks(120) symmetrically fixed to the same level position of the external frame around a central part of the bucket; lifter mechanisms(91) which are respectively installed at corresponding positions of the outer side of the respective lifting hooks on the quenching car, and which is constructed such that the lifter mechanisms are operated in a lever type by operation of cylinders(135) to provide the lifting hooks with driving force for vertical movement, wherein hook guiding rollers(130) at positions engaged with the lifting hooks are installed at one end part of the cylinders, and lifting hook bars(131) approximately horizontally extended are connected to the other end part of the cylinders; an air nozzle(101) comprising a high pressure air supply means to remove foreign materials by ejecting air toward the upper side of a turntable(65); an integration operation panel(300) which is connected to the output sensors, the lifter mechanisms and the air supply means by interposing a control box(200) between the operation panel and the quenching car and has at least a control function of ejecting air onto the turntable through the air nozzle to remove foreign materials on the turntable after operating the lifter mechanisms to lift the bucket when abnormality is sensed by the output sensors.
