PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin powder having processability improving power for a rigid vinyl chloride resin comparable with or superior to a conventional powder additive, being reduced in the amount of a fine powder fraction and having improved particle (powder) strength. SOLUTION: The resin powder for improving the processability of a rigid vinyl chloride resin contains agglomerated particles formed by bonding a plurality of polymer particles with a plasticizer and/or a lubricant, has an average particle diameter D50 of 50-200μm, and contains≤6.0 mass% fine particles having a particle diameter of <11μm.
