PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination unit making high frequency current of a switching element less unlikely to be emitted as high frequency noise.SOLUTION: In a lamination unit disclosed in this specification, a conductive plate 58 conducting the rod 56 of a power card and metal plates 32, 33 of a cooling device 2 extends from the rod 56, and one end of the rod 56 is fixed to a case 20 accommodating the lamination unit. Since the case 20 is made of metal and is connected to a vehicle body frame so as to be electrically conductive, the potential of the case 20 is lower than the potentials of the metal plates 32, 33 of the cooling device. By virtue of this, the metal plates 32, 33 of power cards are electrically connected to the case 20 via the rod 56 and, therefore, a conduction path to the vehicle body frame equal to grand potential is defined by the rod 56. Accordingly, high-frequency current generated from a switching element due to a switching operation is guided to the vehicle body frame and, therefore, high frequency current is made less unlikely to be emitted as high frequency noise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
