<p>The invention can be used in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry for temporary anaesthetization of fish in manual production and other manipulations with them. The anaesthetic forms contain as active substance products with the general formula where R means ethyl, n-propyl and n-butyl residue, Z is H or OH, n has the value of 1 to 3 and A is anion residue of p-toluenesulphonic, citric or tartaric acid. They can be produced when the relevant aminobenzoic acid is esterified with ethanol, butanol or propanol in acidic medium. The ester produced is isolated by an extraction with organic solvent after neutralization of the reactive mixture and is converted in the desired salt which is settled at reaction with the relevant HA acid. The anaesthetic forms are used in the form of aqueous solutions of their active substances in which the fish subjected to treatment is placed. After the anaesthetization and rendering the fish motionless different manual operations can be performed with them, such as separation of sex products, grading, quality evaluation, shipment and others after which they completely recover when put back in fresh running water. 2 claims</p> |
