PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete an unnecessary information service in its own computer by evaluating a user's liking, an application history and an application state, selecting an information service satisfying an evaluation item from information service provided from a service providing computer and acquiring and providing a selected service. SOLUTION: Information acquiring computers 11 to 1m receive information service from respective service providing computers 21 to 2n through a public line network 1. The computer 11 determines whether received information service is to be stored or not in accordance with user's interest degree previously stored in a service management part. Stored information service is provided in accordance with a user's request. The state at the time and user's application history are stored and user's interest degree is calculated. Whether the information service is stored or disused is determined based on the stored information service and the user's interest degree.
