PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-diagnostic method in an optical radio data transmission system which specifies a device tat has a fault and improves reliability. SOLUTION: A processing part 11 of a center 10 sets light-emitting luminance and light-receiving sensitivity of the center 10 and entire terminals 20a to 20m to a normal operation value, successively designates the entire terminals 20a to 20m in a polling system and performs a loop back test. Next, the part 11 of the center 10 sets the light-emitting luminance and light-receiving sensitivity to the lowest value (e.g., 50%) that has been preliminary defined, similarly to the above, successively designates the entire terminals 20a to 20m in the polling system and performs a loop back test. After it confirms that all the terminals 20a to 20m can receive normally, it returns the light-emitting luminance and light-receiving sensitivity to the normal operating value. |
