<p>A flow-through filter for separating hydrocarbons from material flowing through the filter, and a procedure for manufacturing such a filter. The filter comprises filter stuff of vegetable material. The fibre plant material in the filter stuff has a cellular structure in which there are holes in the walls of substantially hollow cell chambers to improve the oleophilic properties of the filter stuff.</p> |
