<p>Thermostatic valve for regulating the cooling liquid flow of an internal combustion engine, including a body (1) having a first annular valve seat (12) and a thermostatic valve unit (4) with a first annular valve obturator disk (8) cooperating with the first annular valve seat (12). The thermostatic valve unit (4) is further provided with a second annular valve obturator disk (19) whose peripheral edge (22) is radially facing towards a second annular valve seat (23) of the body (1) having a substantially conical surface, whereby the path of the cooling liquid upon opening of the thermostatic valve unit (4) is smoothly and progressively opened. <IMAGE></p> |
