The present invention relates to a medicine mini-chest comprising a dual-layer casing (1) which has a maximal volume of 100 cm<3> and which comprises sealed easy-open cavities (4) located between the two layers (2, 3). The cavities (4) include a set of drugs (5) for immediate help to the user in case of heart attack. This set comprises at least one therapeutic dose (51) of an anti-aggregative agent and at least three unitary therapeutic doses (52) of a nitro-glycerine preparation.
