PURPOSE: A method for preparing a water-purifying body of a water purifier is provided by which provided water-purifying body is able to produce spring water containing a large amount of minerals by cleanly filtering contaminants from tap water in a natural filtering manner. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) forming a main body of a water-purifying body(2) having a regular shape by compressing a kneaded dough, which is prepared by mixing and stirring 65-75 wt.% of a yellow soil, 5-15 wt.% of a jade powder, 3-7 wt.% of a germanium powder, 3-7 wt.% of an elvan powder. 5-15 wt.% of a bio-ceramic powder, 1-3 wt.% of a charcoal powder and water, by using a die; (ii) naturally drying the formed main body of a water-purifying body(2) in a shaded ground for 2-3 days; and (iii) firing the naturally dried main body of a water-purifying body(2) in a calciner at a temperature of 9,000-10,000°C.
