摘要 <p>A pipe jointing structure using a flange is provided to avoid the pipe joint from being affected by distortion due to external impact or vibration and to seal the welded portion of the pipe and the flange so as to prevent water pollution and leakage caused by corrosion of the welded portion. A pipe jointing structure comprises first and second pipes(10,20), an expanded portion(11), a first flange(12), a second flange(22), a rubber packing(30), and a fixing member. The first and second pipes are connected to each other. The expanded portion is expanded via an inclined part so as to allow an insertion of a predetermined length of an insertion portion(21) of the second pipe into an end of the first pipe. The first flange is welded and secured on an outer periphery of the end of the expanded portion of the first pipe. The second flange is welded and secured on an outer periphery of an end of the expanded portion of the first pipe spaced away from the end of the insertion portion of the second pipe, matching the insertion length of the second pipe. The rubber packing includes a cylindrical horizontal watertight portion(31) which keeps watertightness between the expanded portion of the first pipe and the insertion portion of the second pipe, and a vertical watertight portion(32) orthogonally projected from the end of the horizontal watertight portion to keep watertightness of a facing space between the first and second flanges. The fixing member fastens the first and second flanges.</p>
