A heating and cooling system using ice cold energy with solar energy is provided to drive a solar energy system in winter and an ice cold energy system in summer using one heat accumulating vessel. In a heating and cooling system using ice cold energy with solar energy, a line circulated by a hot water pump(8) is collected in a heat accumulating vessel(6) when the line passes through a solar heat condensing plate(5) and a heat condensing tube to increase the temperature. The hot water in the heat accumulating vessel is supplied to an indoor heater(7) by a circulation pump(9) to provide a heating operation. A compressor compresses a refrigerant. The refrigerant is expanded by an expansion unit(3) to lower the temperature. |
