<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertial sensor capable of setting a detection axis at a predetermined angle, without deteriorating the detection performance of detecting elements. <P>SOLUTION: The inertial sensor device includes a plurality of leads connected electrically with a mounting substrate, a gyro sensor 10, installation angle of which is determined based on shape of a lead terminal 20 composed by a plurality of the leads, containing a sensor responding to operation for a detection axis 70, and a mold fixing the gyro sensor 10 to make a perpendicular line of the basal plane 61 of a mold package to intersect with the detection axis 70 at a predetermined angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
