PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for recommended commodity selection support according to customer's transaction content when selling a financial commodity.

SOLUTION: A financial commodity sales support system 100 comprises: a business ID search part 110 for searching for a business ID included in request information within a record corresponding to a concerned customer ID in a transaction history table 125; a transaction history specification part 111 for specifying a transaction history ID associated with the searched out business ID in the transaction history table 125; and a commodity specification part 112 for specifying, in the transaction table 125, a commodity within a predetermined period after a transaction request among those associated with the specified transaction history ID. The system 100 further comprises: a judgment part 113 for comparing the specified commodity with a commodity included in the request information by means of relevant commodity information in the transaction history table 125 or a commodity master table 126, and judging whether both attributes match each other; and an alarm output control part 114 for outputting to a salesperson terminal 200 an alarm about the request information when the attributes of the commodities match.
