PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of coil molding using a winding machine. SOLUTION: A coil is formed by winding a conductor on a spool, aligning the conductor. Guide pawls are installed for arranging the shape of a row changing section, by which the conductor is transferred from a certain row to the next row. The guide pawls FL, FR are abutted against the conductor from both sides in the row changing direction on the front side in the progressive direction of the conductor to the row changing section. The guide pawls BL, BR are abutted against the conductor from both sides in the row changing direction on the rear side in the progressive direction of the conductor to the row changing section. These four guide pawls are mounted movably and independently. Thus, the position of the winding of the conductor is specified effectively by the independent movement of the four guide pawls even in the case of the different shape of the row changing section, and the shape of the row changing section is arranged. The exchanging works of a jig or the like corresponding to the row changing section are made unnecessary, and productivity is improved. |
