<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resist ink curable by an active ray such as ultraviolet light which has excellent adhesion, insulating properties and low-temperature flexing properties and is endowed with durability such as heat resistance, moisture resistance and thermal shock resistance, low-temperature resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The active ray-curable resin composition comprises as essential ingredients 100 pts. wt. of an active ray-polymerizable oligomer (A) comprising a polyester as a copolymerizing component, 1-360 pts. wt. of an active ray-polymerizable compound (B) bearing an aromatic group in its molecule, and 1-340 pts. wt. of an inorganic filler (C).
