The present invention relates to a spine retracting device for setting a treating device corresponding to the body size of a patient suffering from a spine disease and performing three-stage spine retraction while being set corresponding to the body size of the patient. The spine retracting device comprises: a body frame including both side frames (110) and a central frame (120) installed on a lower surface between the both frames (110); a human body supporting sheet (200) capable of being separated into two parts having different lengths; a slope angle adjusting means (300) for relaxing the spine of a patient by means of the patient′s load by making the human body supporting sheet (200) inclined; a first retracting means (400) and a second retracting means (500) for relaxing the spine of the patient; a control means (600) for generating an input signal for controlling the spine retracting device, and transferring a retraction completion signal to a main CPU; a disorder sensing means (800) for generating an alarm sound or stopping the operation of the slope angle adjusting means (300); and a main CPU for generating an electrical control signal and transferring the electrical control signal to the slope angle adjusting means (300) and the first and second retracting means (400, 500).
